I had a nice experience working with Janae at Andy Mohr Jeep. I came in from out of state and worked out the deal with Janae sight unseen. She was an absolute rockstar and I recommend her to everyone. After some negotiation on my trade in and add ons to the used car, we came to a deal. The process day of was simple and no hidden charges beyond what we agreed to. Janae is helping me get a few things straightened out currently and communicating at a high level.

I've had many experiences from different dealerships, most have been bad, especially the last few times ive tried buying a vehicle, one was even bad enough that the salesman literally laughed at me and made fun of me for the vehicle I was driving at the time. But Andy Mohr CDJR was levels above the rest, especially Mang Niang. I went in there only expecting to test drive a certain truck, with very slim hope of making a deal. But the entire time I was there, Mang kept things positive (even when we weren't sure I would get it) and made me feel extremely comfortable. She kept my spirit up all the way to being handed the key to my new truck. Even after I left, she has made sure that I'm still happy with the truck and makes sure everything is still good with it. I couldn't be more thankful for all she did for me and how she treated me from the moment I walked in, and still treats me.
