2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

My salesperson was Jeannie Ritchey and she was great to deal with. Very honest and upfront. I bought our van without even seeing it in person. She sent photos and updates along the way of the buying process and made me feel comfortable. They even delivered it to me (9 hrs round trip) for a reasonable price. We had a wonderful experience with this dealership. I found the exact car I was looking for online and called on it. I was connected with a salesperson right away. Any concerns or questions I had were handled immediately. Being we lived 3 hrs from the dealership I made it clear we didn’t want to get all the way there just to take a look at the car and have to turn around and go home. They were willing to go above and beyond to do whatever I needed to make sure that didn’t happen including a live video chat. My husband then drove down to check it out. I knew it would be hard to convince my husband to make this purchase if the finances didn’t work out so I was really thankful when Shottenkirk was willing to negotiate and come our way to make the deal happen. Especially when we were dealing with another dealership that offered us $5500 less than Shottenkirk did. When my husband came home he couldn’t say enough good things about his interactions and experience there. We would definitely recommend them and do business with them again in the future.
