Frankie Baliga is by far the BEST to buy a car from. We followed him from KIA to Fitzgerald, that is how AWESOME he is ????. He had the Jeep Renegade that I wanted from their Chambersburg lot, here in Hagerstown in about an hour and a half - Ready to go! Everyone was so wondering and understanding. I was first contacted by Marcia who calmed my nerves about the process and was just so kind Our salesman, Mr Reid was great! Very knowledgeable, wasn’t pushy at all, really put me at ease We then met with Bob after signing paperwork, he too was kind and really took time to explain things. The couple of gentleman (forgive me I didn’t catch names) who helped with my trade in and cleaned the new car before we left were very professional but also very comforting. All and all, everyone we came in contact with was great! It honestly was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had.

Fitzgerald was wonderful!!… they completely take away the stress of buying a vehicle. Was heartening to see they have veterans working there!!!…EVERY ONE at Fitzgerald was a kind, warm person!.. will definitely be the place where I buy vehicles from now on!
