I bought a Ram 3 years ago from St. Cloud Toyota. Also have since referred 4 others who have bought from St Cloud Toyota ( see previous review regarding issues with pick up) Rob Gable in the Service department has helped me for 3 years work with not only Toyota service but outside service to diagnose and take car off my pick up. Recently more issues with it came up. I contacted the Dodge dealetship repeatedly, ready to buy a NEW RAM and did not get a return call. I called Rob Gable, informed him. He had Rob Brink, with sales @ St. Cloud Toyota call. He called within 30 min. Long story, happy ending. Happey owner of 2024 Toyota Tundra. Great experience! Lexi my sales lady was super helpful, made me feel so comfortable throughout the whole experience. Answered my phone calls every time I had a last minute question. Even delivered my car to my home! Nate in finance was amazing as well, found me the best interest rate, and was super personable and made the whole process easy & great!
