2017 Chrysler Pacifica Touring Plus

This was a really pleasant place to do business. I worked with Andrew to get the deal going, and Dale with finance closed it. I have bought a lot of cars over the years. Only twice did I not spend 10 hours at the dealership getting it done. This was the second time, and the first where I didn't come already financed. These guys were respectful, professional, efficient, and very very fast. All told, I was there for 3 hours from start to finish. I also want to give a pleasant call out to Sierra who answered my calls yesterday about it. She was the same as Andrew and Dale - efficient, professional, respectful, and fast. Andrew was very patient and helpful. Test driving was a nightmare for me but he just kept looking for the right vehicle. Financing was relatively quick and easy; I was given a great opportunity! I recommend seeing Andrew, he knows his stuff because he’s been there for a hot minute, and he’s kind. I’m enjoying my new vehicle!

I was shopping around dealerships from Navarre to North Canton and wasn't having much luck finding a older, low-mileage used vehicle. When I did I found salesman to be uninterested at best. Then I discovered Economy Auto Outlet and Andrew Heppe. We came to the location on a Wednesday having found a car we wanted to test drive. We met with Andrew and within 15 minutes we were test-driving the vehicle. I test drive three vehicles that day and never felt rushed by Andrew. He was very informative about the vehicles and quick to answer any questions we had. We found the vehicle we wanted, due to some insurance problems I was unable to close that day. Andrew held the car for me while I worked out the problems and by Saturday we returned to the dealership and closed the deal. I was very happy with my whole experience with Economy Auto Outlet and would definitely return to them if the need arose. A great selection of affordable cars and trucks. Would highly recommend Andrew Heppe as a very knowledgeable car salesman. Very personable and very professional. Couldn't say anything bad about him.
