I recently purchased a used Toyota Sienna with ramp conversion and power assist hand controls. It was refreshing to work with a company with a focus on excellence in customer service. Dan checked the battery levels and when he determined it was ok he asked questions about what problems the scooter was doing. He sent me home and asked me to call him to get a better idea of what I was experiencing. It was a quick fix and he did not charge me. Dan was professional, knowledge able and friendly Great service?
