I bought a van through North Texas Direct and had it shipped to a facility to have it upfitted for my business. I received the van 3 months later and saw there was body damage to the vehicle that was not advertised in the ebay ad. Michael called and apologized and made things right. He kept his word. This is how a car dealership should be ran!

I put a deposit down on Friday, flew in Monday morning and ubered to the truck, it was as described online. I left with the truck about hour later once I looked it over. Great experience.
