2020 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

I hit a pothole not long ago with resulted in some major damage to my car. I had to end up getting it towed to Nissan. I had the pleasure of working with Riccardo during this ordeal. I liked the fact that he was able to get me in quickly to assess the damage and kept me informed throughout the process. Due to the amount of damage he had to keep the car for a couple days but he advised me of that as well. When I got my car back, I must say I was beyond impressed. I think it drove better after I left shop than it had before!! I love all of the folks at Nissan as they always take really good care of me but this time especially Riccardo went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!!!!

I have been coming here since 2015 and they never disappoint. I have worked with Riccardo on many different occasions and he always provides quick and wonderful customer service. I know I can always trust him and Dick Smith with my car and my experience. 10/10
