Over the weekend I submitted an inquiry for a vehicle I was interested. @Ben contacted me early Monday morning to follow-up on my inquiry and quickly made himself available, and scheduled an appointment for that day. When I arrived Ben greeted before I even walked in the building. He promptly took me to the vehicle I was interested in, gave me a walk around and answered all my questions. We took it for a test drive and then started talking numbers. They presented me with a fair value for my trade and a fair purchase price for the vehicle. After it was decided I'd move forward with the Purchase Ben moved quickly to get the vehicle detailed and ready to go. Shane then walked me through documentation signing and explanation of their additional warranty products. I don't usually purchase these and I did not today. However what I appreciated most about this was Shane presented the products, answered my questions and then respected my decision to decline those additional products. Other buying experiences at other dealers I have encountered very hard sales approaches which often led to those interactions becoming awkward and leaving a bad taste. That was not the case with Shane or Ben. Start to finish I was at the dealership for less than 3 hours and I was driving home with my new truck and definitely feeling like this will be my preferred dealership in the future. 5 Stars to Ben and Shane.
