Excellent experience. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem the same day. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. I also wanted to add that Micheal is a wonderful salesman! He just helped us purchase our 2023 Nissan Rogue! He was helpful, knowledgeable, and so personable. I hadn't purchased a car at a dealership in over 20 years, and Capital City Nissan was one of my last stops while car shopping. Honestly, I almost didn’t stop in, but I’m so glad I did! I ended up purchasing a used 2023 Nissan Rogue, and my experience was fantastic. My salesman, Lee Barrios, was amazing—helpful, kind, understanding, and never pushy. He worked with me on pricing and got me the best deal on the perfect vehicle. I felt treated fairly and even got a much better price than I was offered at another major dealership in Topeka. The buying process was quick and straightforward, and the entire team was a pleasure to work with. In hindsight, I wish I had financed through the dealership. Their rates were better than the bank's, and they work with Capitol Federal, the same bank I was pre-approved with. The only hassle I encountered was the loan process with my bank, which would have been avoided if I had financed directly through the dealership. Plus, I could have driven off the lot the same day instead of waiting for the bank to process everything. Overall, I highly recommend Capital City Nissan. They made what could have been a stressful experience easy and enjoyable. I'm so excited I now have a nice, new, and reliable car!

We had a great experience at Cap City Nissan. It was time to trade in my 2010 4 Runner and Michael was a tremendous help. So friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t ask for a better experience when buying a new car. I got a 2024 Nissan Rogue and love it!
