This is the most awesome and amazing dealership I ever dealt with. I'm a 79 yr old lady and when I totaled my car, within an hour they had a rental car ready and waiting for me. When my insurance company settled with me, the only place I would think of getting a replacement car was Pohanka Nissan. From the salesman Kevin, the Finance Manager Valerie to the Dealership Manager I felt special. Everyone was so nice and warm. Josh and Paul were just wonderful in helping me get home with the rental car. They dealt with my insurance company as well. I Love these people ????

Great experience! Work was completed on time. Place was clean. Complementary coffee and snacks for purchase. Waiting area was clean as well. Plenty of room. Most importantly the staff was great As always. (I’ve been a Pohanka customer for more than 17 years.) Ken Burns particularly. Went over the work that was done as well as the work that needed to be done. They even sent a video to my phone of the work that needed to be done. That was a first for me. Fortunately, Ken took time because I had some things that definitely needed to be done. Will be scheduling that work with Right here the next few days. Again, a wonderful experience.
