I can not praise high enough for the two people at Personal mobility Casey and Chad in Peoria. I use to go to a place in Iowa but they were no help. Really great company. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Fixed our bus the same day and gave me a great tutorial on how to work the lift. I would recommend this company to everyone I know. Their customer service is 10/10.
This is a family owned/operated business that truly cares about their customers!! Gerry, the owner, worked diligently to make sure I had the perfect rental van for my needs, and he personally delivered the van to my home. I am a larger lady with leg issues, finding transportation to medical appointments is never easy for me. Not only was the van in excellent condition, but I was very comfortable riding in it for the three hours it took to get to/from my appointment! I HIGHLY recommend this company, they are phenomenal!!!
