We had been to multiple dealerships over the last few months, and no one was more comfortable to work with than Zane. From the start he was very relaxed. We liked that! He seemed genuine, and he really wanted to get me into a vehicle I loved. Definitely *not* slimey car sales vibes. We came in late, and we told him we’d be happy to come back the next day, but he rest assured us that we were his priority and closing time did not matter. He even let us choose between colors for a while! Super patient guy. His team and him worked far past close to work with us and let us take the car home for an extended test drive. The dealership is clean and they have plenty of inventory! Lots of options, colors, etc. Zane made the experience get 5 stars! ????????????????
When we first started looking for a new vehicle, we opted to check out some Subarus. We decided to take a look at their used inventory - and that’s when we saw this Jeep Wrangler in person and my wife and I said “Oh. My. God.” - We quickly walked inside and was greeted by Stephanie Carty. Lord she was just what we needed. We weren’t 100% sure what we wanted, but we knew it was late in the day and I asked for an extended drive with the Wrangler so she didn’t have to stay late. Stephanie was so professional and made it happen for us. Then, she even stayed late just so my wife could drive other vehicles before we took the Wrangler home for the extended test drive. When we came back on Monday, Stephanie was right there to greet us and ask what we thought. We were most of the way there, but my wife wanted to drive some more just to be sure. Stephanie happily walked all around the lot with us showing us different options that fit what we were looking for. In the end, my wife was down to the Wrangler and a Subaru Ascent. My wife parked them side by side and for more than 30 minutes walked around both of them until she was confident. Once we were done, Stephanie made the process as pain free as possible. She was so nice and helpful and guided us through every process. We couldn’t have been more happy - especially compared to someone else we ran into at Lees Summit Jeep! Stephanie should be a role model for the sales role. She has followed up several times to ensure we were happy, to make sure the vehicle was functioning perfectly, and just all around making sure we had a great experience. If it wasn’t for people like her, then we may have considered shopping elsewhere. While the Wrangler was exactly what we wanted, had she not been as perfect as she was, we could have easily found another. A+ to Stephanie and honestly, the whole team over that we interacted with was as professional as you could ask for. And honestly, they weren’t pushy. Which was the number one thing we were hoping to find. Lees Summit Subaru and Stephanie earned our business by her amazing attitude. And as such, we’ll continue to shop and service here in the future.
I recently went to Lee’s Summit Subaru inquiring about a Forester. Brandon Haynes was my sales consultant. I really appreciated his knowledge and transparency throughout the entire purchasing process. I told him what I was looking for, how much I wanted to spend, and Brandon made it happen. He is very laid back and didn’t try to pressure me. The Lee’s Summit Subaru Dealership is a great place to purchase a vehicle. They have a ton of new and used vehicles to choose from. I also like their service department. It’s immaculately clean, well maintained, and easy to access. The staff are friendly, and they have a comfortable waiting area. I am extremely happy with my experience at Lee’s Summit Subaru. Brandon was great to work with and my beautiful, new Forester was the cherry on top!
