Great experience with Mike who helped me find the car I was looking for all the way from Chicago. He took time out of his busy day to make numerous videos for me so that I knew exactly what I’d be getting when I made the 3.5 hour drive to the dealership. I would buy here again. I felt I was treated fairly without any hassle about "...let me talk to my manager." Pricing was straight up. Everyone was business as usual, too. It felt like they always work this way. Great way to run a dealership! My only small squak, which is also weather-dependent, would be that a little more detail-work under the vehicle would have been nice. That does not take away from how they do business, however.
What I liked best was the zero pressure by our salesman. We feel that they offered the best car deal than all the other dealers. Plus we decided to trade our car in for they gave us an offer on our trade in which was almost the price we would have asked if we sold our car outright. The difference was almost made up by the savings on the high MN sales tax.
