I had gone to another dealership the night before and was treated absolutely awful! I had a pre approval letter from my bank, I knew what I wanted and I just needed to buy the car. When we decided to go to Weston the next day, I was skeptical because of how the night before had gone. Very quickly, my skepticism turned to excitement! I was met at the door by the sales manager, Alex who connected me with salesman Scott. Scott was extremely helpful, he didn’t make me feel dumb! He went and got the cars I wanted to drive with nothing but a smile on his face! We went on 3 test drives and he thoroughly explained the vehicles to me, the features, the engines, the entertainment system, etc. When I chose the car I wanted, it was a seamless experience!
