2026 Chrysler Pacifica Select

This review is being written WHILE my Jeep is getting its head gasket replaced. That’s how comfortable and confident I feel with these guys. How personable they are, how they speak to you and treat you like you’re a friend and have been for years. I’m beyond impressed. I myself work in the auto repair field but with my Jeep having a factory warranty, I felt it should’ve been taken advantage of. With saying that, I know how difficult it can be to make a person feel that trust, that confidence, and everything else that comes with it. I definitely don’t and won’t regret bringing my Jeep here at Longley Dodge in Fulton. By far impressed.

I have been looking for a 3/4 ton pickup with low miles for some time now and I happened to see one on a Facebook ad from Longley Bros, so I took a ride one Monday afternoon to the dealership. I found the truck on the lot and looked it all over at my leisure without being hounded and pressured! I proceeded into the small but welcoming dealership and was treated by Dave Harr. when I entered it was like a step back in time as the sales floor was small with one car on the sales floor and the cubicles surrounding the one car! It was a family feeling atmosphere there where everyone was dressed at leisure and just kind of hanging out and chatting. Dave got me the keys to the truck told me to take it for a test drive and to take my time even though it was close to closing time! When I got back, Dave and I sat down and worked out a fair deal in a matter of just a few minutes at no pressure! Dave said take the night and think about it and we’ll talk tomorrow! So I went back the next day and sat down with Don as Dave was out that day and Don was going to fill in and handle the deal that Dave and I talked about the previous day! I took the truck for another ride and came back and finalized a deal with Don! Don said we all fill in here for one another and everyone will be glad to help me in the future. Don and finalized the deal and Dave even checked in with me on a text to make sure all was good! I purchased on Tuesday and picked up the following Tuesday and met with Eric to finalize all the transactions! The entire Longley family were there it seemed like that day as grandkids and family members were just kind of chatting with all the salesmen, it was just really refreshing to be a customer of this low pressure family feeling atmosphere! Eric handled the paperwork and transfer of the plates seamlessly and I was on my way! The dealership is certainly not the biggest or most glamorous but they have a great selection and a super family friendly atmosphere! This was my first purchase at this dealership, I hope things never change and they stay small and homey! Thank you Longley bros.

This is our 3rd RAM truck and 4th vehicle from Longley Dodge and every experience has been a pleasure. Dave Harr has been our salesman each time and he just makes the experience of getting a new vehicle so easy. It's a little bit of a drive for us out to Fulton, but the team out there is top notch....not just during the sale but for the entire time you own the vehicle. They truly care at Longley. My husband actually went in to pick his 2021 RAM up from a service appointment, with less than a week before Christmas, and we walked out with a new 2024 RAM...LOL! Thanks Dave!
