I went in saw what I wanted test drive it and with in 2 hours drive off the lot with my brand new 2024 Kia Soul in my favorite color. The sales man was extremely helpful. Sam was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! From booking the appointment to me and my father getting to the dealership at 6pm and he took good time showed us around, even to the overflow lot to make sure I saw all my options, working numbers for me as best he could! Amazing experience from start to finish! He gave me a follow up call next day to make sure everything was ok with the new car!! 1 day after my purchase ,my new car got a nail stuck in the tire, he quickly told me to come and took care of me! I had a wonderful experience at this Kia location. With the help of Pedro I was able to walk away with a big smile and a 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I love him and his funny jokes and nice conversation. He was very open, respectful, and reasonable throughout the conversation and the further purchase of my car. Me being a 20 year old first time car buyer this was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!! 10/10 I do recommend.
