2018 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Dad purchased a 2014 mobility van in June 2024. We worked with Nick and had the opportunity to test drive it for a few days beforehand. Meant alot to be sure Dad would be comfortable and us having the knowledge as well. Thomas went over in more detail about the accessories. We worked out the extended warranty for peace of mind. Thomas was very knowledgeable about scooters and trailers. He explained everything about my scooter, and how to operate it. Then, when I called about a problem I was having with my trailer Thomas explained what to do. This place is great with a great selection of scooters. I'm so glad I went. As a bonus when he was installing my trailer, he noticed one of my car lashes was loose, so he went ahead and reattached it with gorilla tape! Now I found it!!! I bought a Golden Mobility Chair from them and I love it. It came in a couple of boxes but was so simple to put together that my daughter did it. Now a year after, I needed a new battery and found out that I was overcharging it by plugging it in for too long. Thomas let me know this and sent me the instructions AND explained how to change batteries. He sent me the instructions And I bought 2 new batteries which I will get in 3 days. He was SO KIND and had PATIENCE with me as I am 80 years old. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND the MOBILITY STORE.
