I came from out of state to buy my truck I found at Thys, and the entire process was seamless. I got into contact with josh and he was able to get me a few more photos and information I wanted to know about the truck. Josh was able to get me into contact with Ryan after I decided I was coming out to get the truck. When I showed up at the dealership Josh already had the truck washed and sitting out front for me to look at. Ryan had all of the paperwork ready for me to sign and get on the road. I drove the truck 750 miles back home and it performed flawlessly no surprises whatsoever. In total the process at the dealership took about 45 minutes definitely recommend for anyone looking for a vehicle.

I found a vehicle I was looking for online, price was right so I made a call over to Thys. Josh in Sales was straightforward on the condition of the truck, sent me a video walk around and we made the deal over the phone a couple days later. I drove 4 hours one way and met with Ryan in Finance who was great and really helped me get a decent interest rate (lower than my credit union) with a great extended warranty. It was a painless process and I was in and out in no time. Totally worth the drive out and I couldn't be happier with the new to me Ram 1500 Laramie. Thanks again fellas!
