I brought a brand new 2026 GMC Yukon XL from this Dealership. The sales guy Dylan is Awesome. The sales manager Nate was able to get me approved at the first place. And Jacob from the finance department was able to get me on with Gap insurance. The Finance manager Jason is a very good person. And Grant came all the way down to Bryant AR to pick me up from my hotel to bring me to the Dealership. I recommend Crain Buick GMC of Conway because this is the place with best price available in whole America. That’s why I came all the way from my wife’s home state Utah to pick it up.

I just bought my 2024 Buick encore and Dylan was nothing short of amazing. As a 19 year old buying my first car was scary, but Dylan was so patient and understanding. When it’s time to buy another car in the future, I will be hands down coming back to him! I couldn’t recommend him enough. The dealership as a whole was amazing! Everyone was so kind and personable and made sure I was well taken care of!!

Adam Jackson, my sales rep, did everything he possibly could to get me into a vehicle that had items I needed. He was very responsive, punctual and friendly.
