Was very pleased with our experience from start to finish. Dealt with Kylie at the start who couldn't have been more easy going and then Colby helped us pick a vehicle that we were happy to purchase. Awesome staff and great experience!

Overall the experience succeeded our expectations. We went to Kia first and had a horrible experience. We decided to go to Cold Brook right after and couldn't be happier. They treated us so well. We felt welcomed as soon as we stepped out of our vehicle.

I absolutely love Cold Brook. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. I have never had a bad experience with this company. I don't think I will ever go anywhere but Cold Brook to purchase a car and my vehicle service needs.
