2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

I recently purchased a 2023 GMC Acadia with the help of Crystal Wagner! I was in the market for a new family vehicle, because my insurance company deemed my vehicle a total loss after hitting a deer. I was referred by a friend to go see Crystal from Memorial Highway. I was told she would find me the perfect car & the best deals possible. With a snap of a finger, crystal indeed did just that! When I reached out to her, I gave her my backstory of what happened. Provided her with a list of all my wants & desired needs for a new vehicle. My finically situation was my biggest concern. I just went a month without my car before they totaled it. I lost many days of work. I provided her with my budget goal. Right away she knew exactly what vehicle was PERFECT for me & my growing family. She truly NAILED every single thing on my bucket list. I couldn’t be happier!! She was very realistic when it came to what vehicle would be in my desired budget. Crystal made this buying process a breeze. I wasn’t pressured into buying, and she never showed me a vehicle that didn’t meet my wants & needs list, just to make a sale unlike some dealerships have done with me in the past! That same night I brought my car home, we noticed a chip in the windshield when pulling my vehicle into the garage to further overlook. It was already dark out & raining pretty good, when I was looking & test driving. The next morning we went back to finish signing paperwork, I mentioned the chip. She reinsured me that she would take care of that! Three days later, she set me up to come back, and have the chip filled in. I didn’t have to wait weeks or jump through hoops for a minor flaw to be resolved! I HIGHLY recommend Crystal Wagner if your in the market for a new vehicle! Shes was AWESOME to work with! I will 100% be coming back to her, but hopefully not anytime soon. I’d love to enjoy my new car longer than 2 years this time!! I’m OBSESSED with Snow White!
