I live 4 hours away from this location and saw a really good deal on a car there. I let them know I was flying so they picked me up at the airport. The car was clean and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Got me in and out quick. Even help me set up the app on my phone to the car and showed me how to use the special features.
I was having trouble with my 2021 Chevy Traverse. Currently, there is a special recall/ notice on this particular vehicle. My car has been making a lot of noise and I was having acceleration issues. I was very upset because I’ve only had this car for two years and I purchased it brand new. I reached out to the dealership and spoke with a young lady, by the name of LaDawn. Although I was very irritated about the condition of my vehicle, she was able to calm me down and assure me that they would do everything they could to get my vehicle running normal again. Her professionalism and excellent customer service skills made the entire process a breeze. She immediately spoke with the parts department and placed the order for the parts that would be needed for the repair. Once the parts arrived, an appointment was made and I met with Mike in the service department. I appreciate his patience, his knowledge and his desire to make things right. I’d previously complained about this noise at prior visits, but was told there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. I picked up my car today and I must say I am very happy just as I was the day I purchased it. A special thank to you all those that worked diligently to repair my vehicle, especially the technicians. I was without my car for only one day due to the swift thinking of the young lady LaDawn. It’s easy to sale a vehicle but what matters to me is the service that I receive AFTER the purchase when issues arise. Thank you George Moore Chevrolet and team for making it right! This dealership is amazing! They were willing to work on my 1994 corvette to fix the heating core. Even though the parts are discontinued, and the job required a difficult task of taking the whole dashboard off to replace the part. They worked with me by allowing me to buy the parts and bring it to them. They kept in contact with me to let me know updates. Overall, they fixed it with no problem. They did it in a timely manner and I'm absolutely ecstatic that they were willing to take on this tough job, knowing that things could of went bad because of how old the car is. However, I'm appreciative to know that I have a place that I can go when I need help for my antique corvette.
