Kaitlyn in internet sales was great at reaching out to me to help qualify my needs. She followed up as needed and kept me engaged. She is very personable and placed no pressure on me. Nick was the specialist who listened to my needs and then allowed me to test drive a couple of cars. He was very patient and very knowledgeable. I could not return For about a week but he followed up with me as needed. This was a hassle free no nonsense and professional experience. Matt from the service department helped me get my vehicle fixed. I was stuck with my only vehicle damaged to the point where it was unsafe to drive. Matt made phone calls to help me work with the warranty company, and went above and beyond with communication, as well as setting me up with a loaner vehicle while the work was being done. This was my second experience at this location and both times I was welcomed with fantastic service. Will be continuing to bring my vehicle here for maintenance and repairs.
