I live in Buffalo, about an hour away, and during our first conversation I mentioned that I was shopping around but was interested in coming in for a test drive and possibly making a same-day decision. When I arrived, Camron had the car ready for viewing and gave me a very in-depth walk-through. I was able to test drive the vehicle while my current car was being appraised for a trade-in. After the test drive, we went over numbers. Even though I wasn’t fully decided at the time due to other options I was considering, I never once felt pressured. The entire staff was professional and respectful. I also worked with Dylan, who helped explain the figures clearly and answered all of my questions. I left that day with a great feeling about the dealership and placed a refundable deposit to hold the vehicle overnight while I thought things through. After sleeping on it, I decided to move forward with the purchase. Camron and Dylan worked with me to get the numbers where I was aiming for both my trade-in and financing. I couldn’t be happier with my purchase and have really enjoyed learning all the new features of my car. I would absolutely recommend Bidleman’s to anyone looking for a stress-free car-buying experience.
