2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

I recently had to take my car to Genesis Collision Center after it was stolen and thankfully recovered. These guys did an amazing job! They fixed up my car so well, it's like it never happened. They really took their time to make sure everything was done perfectly and double-checked all their work. The customer service was just as impressive. Mary, Victoria, and their manager Joe were super helpful. They kept me in the loop with updates and really went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. It's so rare to find this kind of service these days. I'd definitely recommend Genesis Collision Center to anyone. They've got great service, and the team really knows what they're doing!

I normally don’t review places that often but this collision center was amazing! Definitely went above and beyond with my car. I had some minor repairs that needed fixed with my Alfa and even tho the UAW was on strike and put parts on hold, the collision center went out of there way to do anything possible to finish the car. I had to wait a few weeks but for the wait, they detailed the whole interior of the car. (Side note: they found money in my car and placed it in my cupholder) most places I feel like would pocket the money for themselves. Thank you Genesis Collision for above and beyond work!
