Took my Explorer in for service and after reviewing all of my options with Aaron in The Service department, decided I wanted to speak with Sales about a trade in opportunity with a vehicle already in the lot. The salesman Skyler was prompt and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions and the sales team worked with me so I could drive the car off the lot same day, on a Sunday!! Since leaving the lot, I’ve received multiple messages from Skyler and the Shelton Ford team verifying my satisfaction with the car. I am comfortable and confident with the Sales and Service team at Shelton Bruce Titus Fore ????????

Update, we finally had a tech tell us it needed to be looked at, ended up being 2 collapsed lifters. Ford got us in asap and into a loaner car while they diagnosed and are currently fixing our Expedition. They’ve been very accommodating with what we need for a loaner when our expedition is being looked at. We took it in for a transmission rebuild in September, that was suppose to be 1 week and ended with 3 weeks and no loaner. Now we get it back and there’s a ticking that starts to the point where we have to get it towed in, the problem was “fixed” but isn’t really fixed and we are on month 2 of our car making horrible noises. They assured us it’s “fine” to drive and that the problem is fixed. However the sales department sure is on top of calling when they get new Expeditions in and wanting to know if we are ready to trade. But no call backs from service to check on our vehicle and what issues we are having.

Exceptional purchasing experience! Worked with Kenny who is a friendly and knowledgeable salesman. I called about a new arrival vehicle and Kenny had it waiting for me with keys in hand. Took it for a test drive with Kenny as he explained some of the trucks features to me. Negotiation about my trade in worked to my satisfaction. All in all a great buying experience! Thank you Kenny and the entire sales team!!!! Michael
