My experience with this dealership was fantastic. They listened to what i wanted, ended up having to get it from another dealer, and no back and forth games between sales and a manager. I did not have to sit for hours hoping to get a deal that never comes, or beat down with all kinds of needless extras. We were able to negotiate a very fair deal, they provided a fair price for my trade and were always pleasant and respectful. The best customer service from a car dealer. I had been to several other dealers closer to me but was always treated as a number, or started the hours long grind to negotiate a deal, only to walk out in disgust. Beck seems to be very customer focused and treats them right. It was stress free experience and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family. I also noticed that the other customers I saw in the dealership seemed to feel the same way. They are certainly worth the trip to Palatka.
