Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Ken was absolutely amazing in helping me find a new car. He listen to what I asked for and he delivered! Chad in finance was extremely helpful as well. All around the entire place was welcoming, no one pressured you into anything. Definitely will recommend to anyone I know looking for a car.

I went to Russ Darrow Nissan in May of 2025 and worked with Marlon. I have been a Nissan owner for 13 years, and Marlon has been my salesperson for 10 of those years. He always does his best to get a vehicle that fits my needs and one that I love. The experience that I had with Russ Darrow was easy and pleasant. Several employees greeted me upon arriving at Russ Darrow, and they were willing to assist me when needed. Management assisted me throughout the process and made it as easy as possible. Marlon was there as well, and he was a major contributor to my experience.

A shout out for Russ Darrow team especially my sales man Andy Sadler, manager Adam Diaz and Bobby from finance department. They are all nice and this is the most satisfied car buying experience i had over years. Andy is a really nice guy, go above and beyond to make sure he took good care of his customer, make sure you really like the vehicle and detail, clean the vehicle himself before hand the key back to the customer. I bought the vehicle 70% because of Andy, he is a really nice guy. Thanks a lot Andy
