Eddie with the service department has recently helped me with two vehicle repairs. His customer service is excellent. He was able to take my vehicle in right away and help coordinate transportation to get me to Enterprise for a rental so that I could get back to work. Eddie is excellent with his communication skills in helping the customer to understand the repairs and the best course of action to get your vehicle running properly. He keeps you updated during the repair process and he even offered snacks for my children. West Chevrolet’s service department is superb. They have a nice clean waiting room with comfortable chairs, a TV, children’s area and table, vending machines, and clean restrooms. When the time comes for me to upgrade my vehicle I will definitely be returning to West Chevrolet. The company’s customer service is excellent. Something you don’t see much anymore!

Matt was a great help in helping me identify what I was looking for in a trade-in and was awesome throughout the whole process. He helped ensured that the trade-in and buy process was really smooth and efficient while explaining any questions I might have had along the way!
