2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Todd at Adaptive Vans did a an awesome job selling us a rear entry Pacifica so we can easily transport my uncle in his wheelchair. We are so grateful for this facility it is close and convenient. Jim Jackson and Chris in the shop have been nothing but hands on when I call with any concern. Recently the back door was acting up Mr. Jackson said to come in at a appointed time and they would take care of us and they did. I pulled up they asked me what was wrong with the door they, accessed the door and in 20 minutes it was fixed and we were on our way. I just wanted to say out loud they are great and you will be taken care of at Adaptive van. The customer service was excellent! They were welcoming and attentive to our needs and answered all of our questions about the van, and made the process of purchasing it a breeze. The Maxvan: the design is one of the most unique, clean and efficient designs we have seen. Every bit of space is utilized to its full potential. We were impressed with the fact that there’s no fiberglass, or wood in the structure of the van itsself, everything is welded to the frame making this a solid build out. What’s even more impressive is how comfortable the van is for daily use as well as sleeping. Every detail of this van was carefully designed, including leaving space for the owner to add their own personal touches with a versatile open aft part of the van one can build in to suit their individual needs. We couldn’t be happier with our van!
