They do their part! They are very friendly and understanding of situations. When my mom first had issues with her car I was quick to blame them and between roadside assistance, witham auto, and the Nissan dealership me and my mom had to deal with we quickly realized it’s not on pinnacle. They do what needs to be done and will fight like hell for their customers as long as they know the full situation that is going on. Don’t be afraid to talk to them and tell them what’s going on!
