My wife was stranded in her grand Wagoneer. I called and by chance got Jennifer at the dealership in Service. Jennifer sent out a wrecker to grab my wife’s vehicle and then brought it back to the dealership had it diagnosed and fixed before they closed. The first call I made to her was 3:30 in the afternoon, they sent a driver a courtesy car to come pick my wife up where she was and bring her back to her car At the dealership and by 6 o’clock she was back on the road! If I could give Jennifer 10 stars, I would. she made this so easy. I was two hours away from being able to help my wife. Jennifer came through like an All-Star. Derek Tanner

The service managers are very professional and would guide you to selecting appropriate options for servicing your car even if you happen to mark most of it without knowing if that is required. The service time is pretty accurate to what they estimate at the beginning. The staff and the facility overall is very customer centric. I had a great experience and would be definitely be coming back here.
