Our business from Jim Trenary Chevrolet in Union, Mo was excellent. I contacted Ryan the salesmen and in under two hours we had found the perfect vehicle for the wife. Ryan showed us all around the vehicle and the inside of all the new updated technology and explained to us what it all does. We test drove 3 vehicles to get the right style of SUV and in just a couple hours we were able to take home a new vehicle and office support was nice when having questions or needing assistance.

I thought it was a pleasant experience. I didn't forced or pressured to buy a vehicle. During the finance portion of the deal, I wasn't happy with the initial offer and it was quickly changed to fit my needs. Overall the process was smooth and took less than 3 hours from test driving to driving home with my new car.
