Best experience ever!!! They worked well with me on trading in my vehicle and buying another one. They were able to match my current credit unions percentage rate and the application process was a breeze. They also had all of my paperwork ready to sign by the time I got off of work that day. Will definitely be back and will send others to buy a vehicle there as well!! Very relaxed environment!!

My wife just purchased her dream jeep from here. A++++ dealership. What an experience. If you're looking for a dealership that wants to take care of you and make sure you are happy, you better go to Newton in Russellville. I can't say enough about the people that work at this dealership. My wife and I visited many dealerships in multiple states looking for our next vehicle and we saw everything you could imagine. None of those dealerships begin to compare to Newton Chevrolet in Russellville. They have that small town charm, but take care of you and treat you like they are a huge dealership in a big city. From top to bottom everyone we interacted with was great. From my first phone call with Steven, he was very helpful and made us aware he was out to help us. We met Shelby (our salesperson), she is amazing. Was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were looking at. Even showed us features we had no idea the car offered. Greg was very personable and assured us that everything we wanted or needed would be addressed (they stood by it). Josh got us through the signing process very fast and was a pleasure to deal with. They treat you like family, not like the next payday. You can tell that all of the people who work there genuinely enjoy what they do and who they work with. Such a family environment. I will definitely look to do all my future business with them.
