So far my experience has been very good. The staff I've been in contact with are nice, patient, explain everything, and answer all my questions and concerns. They were even able to help shuttle me from the dealership to my parent's house while my Jeep was getting fixed, then from physical therapy back to the dealership when it was done, which was a HUGE help for sure (this was a 20 mile service one way, so both times was 40 miles they helped with, hence how big of a help this was by far). The only reason I didn't leave 5 stars is due to the wait time for an appointment, which being full is good for business, I'm just being honest in my review and up front to inform/prepare others. It is worth the wait for the customer service, honesty, and care though. Any Jeep related issues will bring me back ????

We recently had an electrical issue with our Ram 1500 and contacted your dealership. The service department was able to schedule our repair very quickly and communicated very well throughout the process. Getting great service and trusting they will do it right is appreciated. With the repairs and the interior cleaning, it's like new again. Thank you!
