After having a less than desirable experience with another dealer in Wallace, I decided to schedule warranty work on my truck through Sanders in Jacksonville. They were great to deal with from beginning to end. They kept me in the loop, addressed all concerns, and completed the work in a timely fashion. I'm buying another new truck soon, and they'll definitely be getting my business based on the level of service I received. Hopefully the sales department is as good as the service department!!

I had the best experience buying an F-150 from Sanders Ford in Jacksonville! I found the truck I wanted online on CarGurus. I called the receptionist who was extremely helpful! I came in the next day to test drive the truck and met my salesman Aaron Bailey. Aaron was very nice and not pushy at all. The finance manager was also very nice and personable. He was informative but didn’t push too hard when I declined extra warranty coverage. I give them 5 stars in every department that I dealt with!
