I bought a used 2022 Toyota tundra on Aug 30th and the engine totally dead half way while I drove home from legacy. I hired a towing company to get it to my apartment parking lot at the evening and to send it back to legacy at the next morning Aug 31st. It was frustrating experience and I was scared by the sudden stop resulted from engine. It was a long day! But the good thing is that GM Ricky really helped a lot and gave the best solution to settle the issue. I returned the used 2022 tundra and bought a brand new 2024 tundra instead. I highly recommend legacy to you because of GM Ricky’s Problem-solving attitude and efficiency. It turned out that legacy is a very reliable car dealership. ***Sales consultant Francisco is super helpful, professional and considerate. If you’re gonna buy a Toyota, no matter used or new, go to legacy and contact Francisco.

After being in customer service for 20+ years, I rarely write reviews; you must be terrible or amazing, and AMAZING is what I got at Legacy Toyota! My brother’s friend mentioned her dad sells cars and I’ve been needing to get out of an upside down situation from an unfortunate accident I was in. I gave Tim a call to explain my situation and he told me to come in to see if he could help, no promises, but we’ll look. As I was walking up, a young man named John greeted me saying “Are you Jen? Tim got pulled into a meeting but he’s filled me in on what’s going on and we’re going to help you out!” I was wowed before I walked through the doors. We talked, he explained my upside down situation and then some, answered my many questions, and was totally upfront with me because some of the answers were not what he wanted to tell me but what I needed to know. Tim came over when his meeting was out and they chatted with me like we were old friends, introduced me to Andres in finance and got that process started. When I was filling out financial paperwork, Andres also answered and explained every question I had. I literally have zero trust in car purchases from my last time at a dealership, but when I asked a question multiple times, he explained with patience, and promised nothing extra, unwanted, or unneeded was hidden in the language. I did have to go back the next day to push through financing due to the cyber attack or whatever was happening, and even though I’d already signed most everything, he again explained the two extra signatures needed and told me don’t hesitate to reach out with any additional questions on paperwork. AND all three of them told me to look at my old paperwork to see if there’s any warranties I could get canceled and reimbursed for, and if I need help understanding the lingo, bring it in and they’ll look at it for me. I never in a million years imagined writing a good review for a car dealership as I’ve always left feeling swindled and taken advantage of, but I will recommend Tim, John and Andres to anyone I hear of needing a car. Top notch service all around and you will not be disappointed! Thank you all for taking care of me!

My Daughter bought her first car from here and the whole experience was amazing! Andrew was great, he made sure she was happy with her decision! We will definitely be coming back to buy from here again!
