2025 Chrysler Pacifica Select

Thank you to Don and the staff at Jacobson Auto Sales. My car had reached its limit and I needed a different one. I called and explained I hadn't purchased a car by myself since my husband died. They asked what I wanted and how much I wanted to spend. They got back to me with options. I went and test-drove a car with some of my family. I purchased the car and it came with a 6-month warranty. Two months later I had a concern about the air conditioning. I took it in and they checked it out. They had me drop it off for repair. They found out it was the air conditioning compressor. They ordered a new one and gave me a loaner car. This was covered by the warranty, including the loaner car. I have my car back and it is operating beautifully.
