I had the best experience with Saitta Trudeau! I saw one of their cars online, sent an email around 10pm and had an email response the next morning. I went down to purchase the car worried I'd spend 4 hours there ... nope! Within an hour I was ready to drive away in my new car : ) They were very gracious as I couldn't get car insurance and needed to leave the car there until the next day around 4pm. They were happy to assist and gave me the contact information for an insurance agent they felt could help me. He was able to help me and I picked my car up sparkling clean and ready to go. I'm grateful for their phenomenal service!

While I was there having a software upgrade done to my RAM 2500 that I purchased at Saitta Trudeau I met Alan Arnold. I wasn't there to buy a vehicle and he wasn't trying to sell me one but I did mention that I've been looking for an upgrade to my Chevy Tahoe for about 8 months but hadn't found what I was looking for. Well Alan took this as a challenge and offered to find my Chevy vehicle for me when they're not even a Chevy dealer. Suffice to say he and Dom went above and beyond but they found me exactly what I was looking for and more, brought it in from out of state, did a full safety plus more on it and all within my budget. I've never had a more amazing experience EVER and I can't thank Alan and Dom enough for the endless work they put into finding me what I couldn't find. They never gave up, they never tried to 'sell' me anything, all they did was please me and that's very rare these days. On top of everything, the guys were very friendly, kind, helpful, knowledgeable and I feel like I've made a new friend after all was said and done. I picked up my new vehicle and I'm thrilled!
