Excellent car buying experience at Ken Ganley Brookpark! We worked with JP and I have nothing but good things to say about him. My husband and I originally came in interested in leases since my current lease was up. We explained our budget to JP and he helped us look at all the options available to us, including buying. After realizing that leasing was out of our budget, JP helped us pick out a new vehicle. He never once tried to point us in the direction of clearly over our budget vehicles, like salesman at other surrounding dealerships tried to do to us. He listened to our concerns, our wants etc and with his help we decided on purchasing a 2024 Chevy Trax. Thank you again JP for your patience and knowledge! Can't say enough good things about my experience here! This was the first time in 9 years that I bought a car & they made the process nice and easy - Michael was awesome to have as my salesman. Very straight forward, no nonsense, and very knowledgeable about cars & is a devoted Browns fan! Ruth is also such a joy to speak with and be around!
