If you’re looking for a place to get a new or used car this is definitely the place to go! I worked with Sergio when it came to purchasing the perfect vehicle for me. This man is so patient and honest with everything he does. He made the process I was dreading super fun and easy. He was very professional and friendly/personal at the same time. He stayed in contact with me and always was on the search for the perfect vehicle for me. My finance agent Bailey was also a huge help! Him and Sergio stayed after hours to make sure I was taken care of and I left the lot happy in my new car. Bailey covered all the basics and then some any questions I had about my contract he answered quickly and gave a full break down of my question. He was very personal and patient as well and I’m forever grateful for these two men! I would like to include Scott as well even though I didn’t get to speak to him long or often he was very friendly and approachable and helped me out a lot behind the scenes when it came to getting approved of my loan. Overall a 12/10 experience thank you guys for doing all that you all do!

I bought my 2018 Volkswagen Tiguan about a year and a half ago. I have not taken it to a dealership until yesterday. Spoke with the service advisor Rico. Received an appointment when I needed it. When I arrived, he greeted me promptly and asked me again about the issues. I waited and after about an hour, he said the technician had identified the issue, they had the part, and gave me a timeline on when they estimated the repair work to be completed. Great communication and excellent service! The Steve White team surpassed my expectations! I will be coming back. I returned to Steve White on 3/18/24 for an error code. The entire team and experience was exceptional! Professional and superior customer service. Great communication through texts and great way to see recommendations and approve work. When I texted a follow up question the following day, I got a detailed and quick response. This is exceptional service!

Our experience at Steve White Volkswagen was great. Tim Emory was very helpful in trying to find a good used car amongst the many you have on site. I would definitely consider looking at Steve White VW when I am ready to start looking. Tim was there through the whole process even, unfortunately for him, until late in the evening. Dedicated. Everyone else that crossed our paths was very helpful.
