My experience at Liberty Ford in Aurora was nothing short of amazing. I worked with Michaela and she was very personable and helpful. She cared about helping me find the best car that suited me and really took the time to make sure I was satisfied. Lorenzo was also amazing and helping me get the best price he could and doing anything he could to make the process as smooth as possible. Found the truck that I loved but we were to far apart on a deal. I thought it ended there except Lorenzo and Brian kept hammering away at it for two days to meet my needs and requirements. They called to tell me they got the loan where I needed it to be and made me a very happy customer.
