Very easy, laid back and smooth experience. Everyone at this dealership goes out of their way to give you an amazing customer experience. Highly recommend this dealership for your next car purchase. Ask for Rory. He takes great care of his customers!

Front end damage to my Tundra. I wanted a Toyota dealership to do the work due to the proprietary nature of some Toyota systems . Page Toyota was the closest direct repair facility and got good reviews. So far the work seems of good quality. No rattles and everything works as it should. The manager even fought with my insurance to use OEM parts. My only complaints were that it took six weeks for the repairs when I was initially told it’d only be two. I didn’t rush them because I wanted it done right but my insurance only covered 30 days of rental car. Plus it was over the holidays and winter storms may have impacted parts delivery. My other minor concern was lack of communication. I requested updates twice per week when I dropped it off but never got any unless I called them. It’s only been a couple days since I picked it up and I really haven't had a chance to thoroughly inspect the work but I’m very pleased with the repair thus far. I’d recommend them if you’re not in a hurry.

Happy to 5-star the best dealership experience I've ever had. The team (Dominica, Dean, Kris, Gorge) was responsive to my initial inquiry and Dean was especially helpful via text and video as I was coming from the metro Toledo area. I signed the contract with Gorge whose soft skills and demeanor are perfect for this position. Everyone I met at Page Toyota gets "it". "It" are all the little things that are essential to running a successful small business from the customers POV. My hat is off to the Management and Ownership of Page Toyota, this isn't an easy thing to do, Keep it up! Truly remarkable.
