I highly recommend the service team at Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Warwick! From the outset, I wish I had visited them first. Bobby and the team went above and beyond to assist me during a challenging time. After encountering numerous issues with my new Jeep at other service locations, I brought it to Warwick Jeep for a recall and to address a problem with the charging unit of my 4xe, which was not charging properly. I can confidently say I should have come here much sooner! The team demonstrated exceptional customer care through their outstanding service and communication. I am particularly grateful to Bobby, who managed my case. His daily updates on the status of my vehicle, clear timelines, and simple explanations of any arising issues were invaluable. He even made follow-up calls to ensure everything was running smoothly. When a completely different issue arose weeks later, Bobby at Warwick was my first call. He quickly provided the necessary information for roadside assistance and facilitated priority service through Jeep Wave, getting my car fixed in under 24 hours. I am so thankful for the Warwick team and am confident in their care, precision, and quality of service whenever I face any issues. I usually don’t write reviews, but I just bought my first good car here. It was such a great experience. Diante and Wayne were so helpful and informative. I never felt like I was being over sold, or taken advantage of. They sat me down and explained all of my options and wouldn’t let me leave until I completely understood everything I was signing, and I was comfortable with my payments. 10/10 especially compared to other dealerships I’ve been too.

My experience was wonderful. John Capp is so helpful and supportive. in the past few weeks my 2014 Jeep needed a battery, had a rock/debris stuck behind the dust plate on the left front brakes and needed a 60k differential/transfer case maintenance. We have special needs because of Covid concerns and my daughter is due shortly with a baby. John supported all of these needs, working with me outside of the building and getting things done in one day. So, kudos to John and thanks to John for all his help. He's the best!!!
