2023 Chrysler Pacifica Touring L

Recently had service done for 55,000 on a new to me vehicle. Start to finish was a GREAT experience! My Vehicle was finished in the time promised, Andrea went over what my wait time, cost, and inspection would be. She offered for them to wash the vehicle also and was attentive to my needs. I.e. not doing a standard wash as to not mess up my temporary paper plate. After completion another young woman in the service department , I can’t remember what her name was but she went over my inspection results and made sure I understood, she was also very friendly and helpful. Start to finish was a great experience. Vehicle was finished in the time promised, the express service staff hand washed my car and carefully cleaned my temporary plate as well so it didn’t get ruined. Andrea in service & Eric (Parts) were wonderful. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you Toyota of Puyallup for welcoming me to the Toyota Family and making my first experience so warm and pleasant. I enjoyed the waiting area and chatting with Eric in parts. Hope to always have this sort of natured experience moving forward.

Mark Lucas was our sales guy, he was AWESOME! Really kind and knowledgeable. He really went out of his way with the finance and management team to get us what we needed to get us into the vehicle we loved! Mark was honest and patient- made us feel very comfortable and met us right where we were at with his team. The market is currently very high and an adjustment for us all, but this experience was the BEST! Julian Koroma was our finance guy and he went the extra mile! We don’t like big dealers, but my kind has been changed with Toyota of Puyallup- they make you feel like family. They work hard for you! Thank you guys!! We went in doubtful…. And uncomfortable … came out feeling great and takin care of. Highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Tyler! Had been a Ford owner for years, but our son talked us into looking at a Toyota and we ended up making a purchase at Toyota of Puyallup! Love the vehicle, still finding out how everything works and some surprises (like the electric split window in the back). The dealership is low pressure and had a large selection of vehicles to choose from. Definitely stop by and take a look. Worth your time!
