Walked in skeptical of the whole buying process but Alexis greeted us right away and made the process less intimidating. He was very understanding and listened to what we were looking for. Whenever I had a question, he allowed me to share my concerns and was 100% transparent with everything throughout my buy. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful (and kind). Car buying, what a hassle right? I recently spent sometime looking to replace a vehicle. I had done the usual searching of the internet looking for a particular type of car and in my price range. I ended up at Smart Motors in Madison where I had the distinct pleasure of meeting Mia Kirsch. I found Mia to be knowledgeable and pleasant to work with she made the entire car buying experience easier. She took the time listen to me as to what I wanted and expected from a new vehicle and to find me several to choose from. Overall the whole experience was made easier than I had remembered from previous car buying outings. I also appreciated the low pressure atmosphere and friendly staff. Lets not forget Tim who after the purchase stepped up when a few minor issues came up with the car and on the spot had them looked at and taken care of. I was in and out of the dealership in less the 30 minutes. In the end I would give Mia and the staff at Smart Motors Madison 5 Stars. Thanks for all your help.
