My family and I were greeted by the person at the showroom front desk. She was super friendly and helpful. The sale rep, Mr. Ricky was very attentive and accommodating. My family is a Nissan family and have made many purchases at Nashville Nissan. The staff remember and did everything to ensure our experience was pleasant and successful.
