I took in my car to get fixed at their collision repair center and I am so happy I did! One of the best paint jobs I have ever seen. The color match they did was very good. It felt like I was picking up a brand new car all over again! 10/10 would recommend this place!
The dealership has been helpful and friendly overall but I have had several hiccups along my journey to purchase a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq. Much of it was out of the dealer's control but I felt at times that there could have been more transparency but perhaps GM didn't share details with them until later. The employees have all been very nice and easy to work with - probably would have given 5 stars if I hadn't dealt with so many delays from GM (I don't actually have my car in my possession yet) and am now a bit nervous about my purchase. I am feeling confident the dealer will continue to be responsive after delivery however.
I had a great experience buying my car at George Gee Cadillac - CDA. Our salesman Eric was very accomodating and let us drive multiple vehicles. In fact, we came back the next day to drive the vehicle we were interested in again and he was happy to oblige! Then Jennifer made our paperwork experience pleasant. She walked me through how to go online and order our new plates without having to go into the DMV which we really appreciated! She took quite a bit of time going over all the features in the vehicle until I was comfortable using them myself. She even called me the next day to make sure I wasn't having any problems with any of the features and told me to call or text any time! This is the second car we have bought from them and will definitely go back in the future!
