I walked into the dealership with my guard up because everyone knows how aggressive car salesmen can be. However, we worked with Alex and he was BY FAR the best salesman I have ever worked with. There was no pressure… at all. He was kind, understanding and very thorough. He made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in the door. He was attentive and went out of his way….and spent a very long time with us making sure we were able to get what we wanted within our price range. We didn’t play the deal or no deal game, going back and forth for hours over numbers. Everything was very straight forward and the process went smoothly. It was truly a pleasure. We live almost an hour away but I would travel more than an hour to work with Alex for all our future purchases!
